I did my report on I survived the Joplin Tornado,2011 because this book has many descriptive words and phrases. This book takes place in Joplin, Missouri ,2011 . The main characters are Dexter , Dad ,Mom and Jeremy. Other characters are Dr. Gage . The main problem is that Dexter is having his eleventh birthday ,but there is a big storm that turns out to be a big tornado. So there is Dexter thinking if he will survive the Joplin Tornado . Will he survive?
